Need help on casing

I recently purchase a new casing “phantek pro tempered glass”, I notice that there are several missing wires, 1 of it are “power led+ & -“ . Without this will I be affected?

Is the case a new one or 2nd hands? If it's new u best demand the shop for explanation. If it's 2nd, den u might not have any other choices but to leave with it without LED lights on your power.

Either way not much if ur case have lots of led to tell u that ur pc is still power on.

Yes new, I just took out and check realize that they don’t have power led+ & - and reset sw although reset button don’t include in the casing

Also when I buy they say they include the rgb chassis fan but didn’t include.. so I have the rights to return and receive the refunds?

If it is brand new (box was sealed and no double tape) from shop, you may have the right to get an exchange. Please check online first if it really comes with RGB fans. And who is the 'they' that told you it has rgb fans included?

Although if there is no reset button, naturally there will nt be any reset wires. So does your case have power LED somewhere?

Lastly, what is the exact model that you purchased? Your words are quite vague.

I bought from taobao -> ezbuy. At first during inspection check they say contain "battery" which i don't understand?Then i accept other shipping method and come back didn't contain any battery leh..

When there is a problem with an item, ez buy normally isn't the fastest to respond, their SOP is to get in touch with the manufacturer, and if the manufacturer refuses to send a new item, they will issue you with a full refund. But if the manufacturer decides that it was really a case of a faulty product, you will have to wait for shipping to Singapore, and for the delivery to your place.

Be warned, even though ez buy will say they will absorb all the costs associated, you might still be liable to pay for the GST when it comes into Singapore.

Not so sure on your rationale in buying from taobao when lazada is selling at $179. And dun just see the unit price at $125 coz you also paid for shipping whereas local is selling cheaper and with free delivery.

There is no RGB fan. What is included are Halo fan frames if you buy from Singapore seller.

If this is an OEM casing as an earlier poster has indicated, it is possible that certain front panel connectors are missing. My SFF HP casing only has Power connectors IIRC, the HDD LEDs etc use a single custom connector.

Use an RGB Controller.
You need to get the one that supports your halo fan...
Which may be easy or tough one to find.
