Need help on cpu

i just updated my window to newer version 10. And after i shut, cpu was completely turn off. within 5sec its auto turn on again. anyone know how to fix?

Not sure what's up. Normally I would reformat after upgrade to ensure no corruption or incompatibility between older and newer windows.

Anyway, windows 10 can allow reformat while retaining user files and stuff. Do some research and see how reliable is that and decide you wanna do it or not.

i am not very good on reformat.. scare all screw up my games and stuffs...

Games can easily reinstall. Windows 10 have this function called Reset your PC. You can choose an option to keep your files. After all the waiting and stuff, all you need is reinstall your games and softwares then your com is good to go.

so when u shut down the pc and it will auto turn on? like do u have any settings on your bios that causes it to start again? or maybe your win10 just finish the upgrade and restart for u?
