Need help on Credit Card Chargeback .

Hi guys,

I recently bought an travel package with the doomed travel agency 5 star travel about an month ago, using my credit card through online payment. Now the company has gone bankrupt, how is my chances of getting back my money?
Is there a rule like within 3 days u need to file the dispute?

If its fraud, then you will definitely get it back

There is a clause that if its under bankrupt, it is not under chargeback but u can still try, the process i think is for 45 days to do the processing
