Need help on getting a new custom pc

Hi peeps, I'm looking to get a new pc mainly for motion graphics (probably a lil gaming too). I'll be using softwares like to adobe cc (after effects) and cinema4d. I'm totally new to pc and would really appreciate help on what are the parts I should be getting. Thanks!

Would be better if we know your:
1. Budget
2. Whether you need Windows, Mouse, Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor
3. If you think you need WiFi
4. If you have physical constraints
5. Games you play

It would help us make a better recommendation

im thinking somewhere around $2-3k.

yea i would need a monitor too. actually im not too concerned about gaming, because my main priority of getting the pc is for me to do my motion graphic works.
