need help on itunes and iphone

i have songs on my iphone now
i wan to add new songs..
but i formatted my com.
so how to add new songs and sync without overwriting or remove the old songs?

Transfer the songs out first, some applications online allows you to do that
then sync everything back together

lol if he just want to have the new and old songs, he will need to transfer the old songs from his phone to his new com.
After which, consolidate and use iTunes.

Am I getting this right lol?

iirc e songs can be copied out without jb. then add yr new songs then sync again.
