For spin count yellow I'm not really sure as I have not encounter such issues.

That is normal, for seagate hdd. Go to seagate website and download their seatool to try. If that has no error, mean your hdd is fine.

Also check for any loose cables connecting the hdd to the sata port.

but is it your ssd is full storage? like not much empty space.

yup its seems like it. although HD Tune pro doesnt show u much of any errors.
