need help on new mb

hi i bought a new mb Biostar G41D3+ , running on E8400 processor.
after installing all the fans spin but no video display, no beep from mb (no buzzer), no power indication light on mb ( dun even know if theres 1 on e mb) , so im totally clueless on which is not working.

Could it be my processor?
