Need help on new rig < 700

Guys, i need help with a new rig. My budget is around $700 (if can be around $600) even better.

I got monitor, keyboard, mouse and speaker. So only need a new cpu.

Basically, I don't play game. Just need a rig for using internet, Ms office, watch video without lagging.

Hope to have SSD harddisk as the start up speed is really impressive.

Casing with transparent side window would be good. (always loved to have one)

Haha. Anyway no need. I got OS (window 7) and MS office. just need the rig will do.

You may want to consider the new Intel skylake cpu. The gpu has inbuild hevc support which is good for playing video, as this format is getting more popular.

I just upgraded by old pc over the weekend
Asus B150M + i3-6100 + 8G Kingston DDR3 total $390 (I bought in funan as I need to use voucher. Can get cheaper $15 if buy in simlim).

Take note though, those new Skylake chipsets are not compatible with Windows 7 by default. Need to re-create your win 7 disk with the intel usb3.0 driver.
