Ok, I'm editing the pdf with ovals and lines etc. Look ok. Then I want to email that annotated version but when I hit "email" 1)the attached pdf does not include my annotations and
2) Only the first page of two (multiple) is included in the email.
Driving. Me. Nuts!

How does one "flatten" this so the annotations are save and how to email the entire document?

Smaller problems...the "text" and "thought" bubbles are all pointing one way. Is there a way to flip these?

thanks! jbt

You may want to save the image first (Command + S), close the document and reopen it, then email.

to flip the bubbles, click on any resize points and drag it over, literally flip it over.

If the saving don't work and you just want a quick simple way to have a flatten pdf, do a print to pdf and make a new pdf.

Thanks to both of you for the help.
I was able to save my annotations- though it seems a bit awkward. (I guess it's too late to ask Steve, right?)

Now, the biggest problem remains- when I try to email my marked up and flattened doc, only the 1st page (of 2 pages) is included in the email attachment!!

I don't get this. I suppose I've got it on a setting that does this but there is nothing obvious to me.
