Need help on PSU requirements

i have a 550w superflower PSU

can see my pc specs on the right, using a 6600k and gtx 1080

thinking of buying an aio cooler such as the id cooling frostflow 240 and fit into my s340 chassis.

will my 550w psu be sufficient?

I do oc my cpu to 4.5 and a small gpu overclock to 2000mhz.

i think u better get a 650W < psu if u gonna OC both ur gpu and cpu.

i have actually oc my cpu and gpu already without any aio cooler, and it works fine now. currently just using a hyper 212.

so with additional of aio cooler, might not be sufficient?

if the 212 is holding your overclock well on encoding stress test , both safe voltage and temperature ..... then I don't see a reason for AIO cooler

actually i sold that away already and intending to get a cryorig h5 universal to match my white theme.

but den now contemplating to get that idcooling frostflow as its just $20 difference.
