Im having issues where the pc crashes the games i play

I think its the graphical issue as i run the games such as bf4, tera, borderlands 2 at auto detect best quality to preformance.

as im using the 144hz monitor, i would set the games to at least 144hz.

Bf4: setting to performance and almost all setting to low except for mesh. yet it still crashes and the error msg is "DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung ("The devide is hung which is typically caused by issues in the graphics driver or alternatively the application")"

Borderlands 2: i set the to unlimited fps and it still crashes and best ratio for quality to performance.

Tera: Set to auto detect best ratio which it set the slider to 2nd to the right(so i guess my pc can handle the graphical aspect to the game) and as expected the driver fails and crash the game but i do not signout from the game. All i have to continue playing is by ctrl+alt+delete and back to the game. so i try and error the slider lower 1 slide each time until no more crashes. it was at 2nd last from the left. so the game looks bad.

Any solutions or fixes for this errors?

this issue can also be caused by a failing psu. the psu could be failing and putting out too much ripple or unstable power causing the gpu to stop working. i see u are using an axe power deluxe psu? doesnt sound like a high reliability power supply... i suggest u check your psu too.

you have spare PSU? if yes then you can try first... if no you can bring down the PSU to shop to test for you... so from there you can decide to buy new or not...

hmm only way i can think of is to download occt. run their psu test. see what happen... and then report here. hopefully it dont cause psu to blow up...

i did the test in under the powersupply tab and they give me many screenshots.

dont really need to post the ss. the point of the test to see if the system freezes, hangs, bsod, auto self-reboot or shutdown. this usually indicates psu issue. since that didnt happen not likely psu.

if its artifacts or graphical glitches, it could be gpu issue. btw whats the temps of the gpu during gaming? could be dried up thermal paste or poor contact with the heatsink so the gpu overheats and shuts down to protect itself thus the gpu disappears from the system or looks like its hung.

You can try re-seating your CPU cooler and applying a fresh layer of thermal paste.
