its mostly due to the larger new pc games if not i dont see the need to upgrade...It's a never ending dilemma if you start stressing your decision on $/tb. Buy what you think is within your budget.
That could be a 1tb drive. If you already running a 160gb until now, anything higher is already better.
I personally will avoid Seagate, even with better $/tb price based on 30+years of buying and using experience.
Nothing personal against Seagate maybe I'm damn unlucky for all these years with them. Others might disagree based on their experience or maybe they are lucky to NOT always get a lemon.
like the new cod.. which i am trying to dl and play... the file alone is 100gb
