Not even 460W. Worse, max of 312W on the +12V. Old design, <80% wattage on +12v rail(s).

I highly doubt that wattage is rated at 40C. Add in PSU aging and CPU overclocking, cutting things close very when both the CPU and GPU are heavily loaded.

Used to use this CM Extreme 460watts with a C2D E6600 and a AMD Radeon 4850 but the PSU was unable to support this configuration. My PC kept restarting when I played games.

Later, I changed PSU and there wasn't anymore problems.

Hence, I recommend that you change PSU to be safe.

If anything you might be doing almost full load of the psu spec when playing game..
Hence, I also recommend changing psu.

TS do you see yourself upgrading to a more powerful, more power hungry gfx in the future? If yes might be a wiser to get a bigger psu(650). If no then just grab the 500 lor

Even if a 500W, I would choose one with more wattage on the +12V rail(s). FSP Hexa 500W only has 408W on it. Of course, a better 500W would be more expensive.
