need help regarding bank study loan minimum income

can any kind soul tell me if the bank stated minimum annual income is before or after cpf deduction?

my annual pay just meet the minimum if not inclusive cpf deductions.

called the bank customer service hotline but they didnt know....
said pass to the consultant settle, but it has been 3 days..

Exclusive of CPF.

Gross income. It's the same across all types of applications that requires your income proof.

Anyway the few bank loans, I saw them offering up to 6x loan of your income which is fair.

If possible, try to avoid bank loans; I understand that it is very tough but my experience has shown that by taking on bank loans, many students end up facing a lot of opportunity costs and have to defer many life decisions.

If you don't mind sharing, are you in financial hardship? is this a private uni or public uni?

To those that I have send my details, please ask for the referral form and submit when you sign up. I was informed by my consultant that the best is to fill up the referral form together during signing up as it cannot be done anymore once you start class or a week before. Also, do that note when choosing a referral. I am not sure how it goes for those dropping out or graduation soon. Thank you for your help!
