Need help regarding my PC

Hi all! have been using my pc for few years now and recently having issues..

The pc loses power and then turns back on..

Im currently using 3570k + Asrock z77 extreme 4-m + 2 piece ddr3 corsair vengeance 1600mhz

Have went to banleong to test my psu and they said that its fine.. so im suspecting cpu / motherboard..

Just wanna ask if this kind of issue likely caused by mobo right? What are the odds of being cpu itself dying

hmm if its temp problem it will just reboot right?

my pc like lose power for few seconds sometimes even longer.. i wont be able to power on/off

but as adviced by you im using occt now
