Need help regarding wireless mouse.

Hi guys,

All these while i have been using wired mouse on my laptop. Everything works fine whenever i start my laptop and the mouse can be used straight away.

Recently, I bought a Alcatroz AIR Tron 5000 from challenger. I plugged in the USB receiver to my laptop and it took sometime to install. After installing, the mouse can be used but the movement is a little erratic..

Also, whenever i shut down my laptop and on again, the mouse won't be auto detected.. i have to keep plugging in and out the USB receiver before i can use the mouse.

Take note that i did not install the driver from Alcatroz so I'm not sure if it will affect this problem...

Any experts care to share how can i troubleshoot this problem?
Coz from what i know, when windows starts loading, the USB ports should be enabled and the mouse should be able to move once i load into Windows.

Bad wireless signal between mouse and receiver. That's also why movement is erratic.

Turn off laptop's bluetooth if not needed. Better yet, stop buying crap that are China products painted in bright colors just to make them look nice. Spend proper money on a Microsoft, or Logitech if you die die must have a "gamer" mouse.

The driver *may* help to boost signal if that is what it does...

After plugging in and out, the mouse can move properly.. it's just feels like when i turn on the laptop, it doesn't detect it so i have to plug in and out the usb receiver...

mouse is working ok now.. just that the problem now is plugging in and out when i wanna use the laptop...

Tried installing the driver but i think it's useless as it is only for programming the keys on the mouse..

Or is there anyone using this mouse and having the same prob ?
