Need help!: The Current BIOS setting so not support the boot device.

Dear experts and pro korkor and zehzeh,

My PC is experiencing this problem and I have tried all the methods available on the internet like going into BIOS and changed the CSM into Enabled etc,but the problem still persist. My SATA6 led light is solid red with this error displaying on screen. I have even unplugged my hdd and ssd but even with no hdd or ssd, I still get this error! I have no idea what to do anymore. Any experts can help me with this please... Thank you thankyou.

Did you make any changes to the BIOS or SSD/HDD before the error occurred or did the error just pop up?

Have you tried with the boot SSD in a different SATA port, preferably with a different SATA cable?

Please leave CSM on auto.

The error just popped up itself. I did not change any settings at all. CSM auto doesnt work as well

I had the similar problem with my ssd.
Turned up, it died.

U can get a sata to USB enclosure to test if u can connect the ssd as a USB device to other machines

Thanks for suggestion! I tried it and ssd is not dead yet. Same goes for my hdd

The error just popped up itself. I did not change any settings at all. CSM auto doesnt work as well

Time to test for hardware failure i.e. different SATA port and cable. If error persist, test with different SSD.

Which board ? Is HDD still detected.

It's possible but nothing to worry about since there are other working SATA ports. By the time MB fails, it's probably time to upgrade anyway. In any case, glad that things worked out!

The battery at the mainboard might need to replace.
