Hello everyone, I'm helping a friend of mine make a decision into which of these two notebooks to choose from after narrowing down his choices. He asked me for help, but I'm not really tech-savvy.
My friend is starting school soon at NTU, taking an engineering course. His main usage would be for schoolwork, as well as surfing the net and watching videos online. He doesn't really play games as he's more of the active-outdoor person type. Hopefully the laptop can last throughout his 3-4 year course.
So he's deciding either between the Acer Aspire E5-471 or the Asus X450
Any addons from the above that y'all recommend for him too?
Also, would it better to buy from the school itself or buying outside will be much more worth it?
Thanks for reading and any help will be appreciated!
