Need help to identify pc problem

I have just brought my pc to nigel shop and he says the problem lies either with the psu or the mobo having voltage fluctuation. He advised me to service my psu first and see if the problem still persist.

Kind of confuse by what he say cuz usually the PSU have issue either cannot turn on or just switch on or off.
Voltage fluctuation many different type of PSU, the 12V etc. are different by PSU models etc.

He did ask for my PSU model beforehand so I think he should be rather familiar as it only took him like 10-20 minutes for him to identify the problem.

I think best is u choose a day and send service both of your psu and mobo together. Also remember to book appoint beforehand.

pc random freezes / reboots are likely ram problem.
