Need help to recover data on SD card

Hi,

I need help to recover video files on a Strontium Nitro566X Micro SD card.

I was using it on Sony Action Cam to record videos earlier on and before transferring the files to a desktop, i thought i should delete those files with .THM to reduce the time needed for transferring(bad move).
After deleting those .THM files, my SD card couldn't be read by the computer anymore
i have tried putting it back to the action cam but now the cam also doesn't read the sd card.

Right now, my comp is suggesting me to reformat the sd card.
I suspect I might have deleted some system files from the SD card.

As for now, i cant go to recycle bin or undo it anymore.

Can anyone advise on how to get back my data?

You can try a recovery program like Sandisk RescuePro.

Also forgot to mention that i have this error message:

The volume does not contain a recgonise file system.
Please make sure that all required file system driver are loaded and that the volume are not corrupted.


I tried RescuePRO Standard version but it cant detect the card.

I think the card might be corrupted. Since its neither a file system nor recognise by the camera.
