Need help troubleshoot pc

Hi, my pc i been using for like around four years, this morning i was surfing halfway the whole screen turn black. After that off my power supply and restart there is this long vertical green panel in the middle of my screen showing my motherboard icon and i cant get into my home page. What seem to be the problem?

Might be GPU issue. Try removing it and connect display cable to your mobo i/o ports. If the screen is fine, then it should be GPU issue. Best is if you can get another gpu to test in your system to further confirm if its psu or gpu.
