Need help troubleshoot

PC suddenly will not boot up. The day before it was working fine and was doing some video encoding.

1) Upon powering on, system fan, cpu fan all spinning but shuts off 1 sec later and start up again and shut down again repeating until I off from AC

2) Removed all items GPU, HDD, sound card to try see that the issue and as "1"

3) Remove all rams and left 1 stick, to try boot same as "1"

Which item up lorry?

I had similar symptom as you. After doing like what you did, I finally manage to find a replacement board.

With bare minimum setup, Mobo+CPU+Ram+PSU, first few try cannot boot to post.

After a few times, clear CMOS, remove/insert RAM and CPU then able to POST.
Everything was ok until I added my GPU. Would not POST. The GPU (R9 290) confirm working.

So finally I think should be the PSU going to up lorry. Now using iGPU. Did not try to use old board.

Yet to get a new PSU, so troubleshooting not yet complete but at least my system up.

So consider PSU too, even if can jump start.

I did down to bare minimum, CPU, MB, Ram, still same which is why I suspect PSU. But I am able to jump start PSU. which means is CPU or MB?

Did swap a another CPU but same as well so I guess is MB

Jump start is not sufficient to confirm good PSU. Get a working one to confirm.

I have a strong feeling is PSU becasue from what I observe.

1) Change CPU also the same start-stop-start actio
2) Down to bare CPU, MB, 1 stick of Ram still start-stop-start action
3) MB lights also light up during the start-stop-start action with different CPU

either MB becasue I got no spare or PSU

PSU Can jump start but other then that I test anymore

Any bro here have space PSU to test? If happen to have same socket MB would be good too.
Able to drop by your place after CNY at your timing.
