Hi guys, I have gotten an old rig from my cousin. It's still useable but i have some spare cash to upgrade some of the parts. Which part do you think i should upgrade first? I have a budget of around $150-200.
I don't mind getting 2nd hand items from marketplace too.

The current spec is:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7200
Heatsink: Scythe mugen + Noctua noctua nf-p12 [huge heatsink and quiet fan]
Motherboard: GIGABYTE - GA-EP43-DS3L [The onboard's built in sound port is faulty that's why a separate creative sound card is included]
Sound Card: Creative PCI sound blaster 5.1 vx card
Ram: DDR2 2GB
GPU: SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4350
HDD: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 1TB
Casing: cooler master silencio 500
PSU: Cooler Master - Real Power Pro 460W
DVD drive: LG dvd writer 22x

Nearly everything i would say. At most your heatsink, dvd, hdd and case can reuse. But, no point reusing the rest.

What budget are you comfortable with?
