need help urgently on my new problem gpu

software(driver) is written to work wif hardware, they work hand in hand, software will drive the power(engine) to the hardware, dat y it nid power(in early post i ask for ur psu info), if crash either hardware failure or software screw-up programming bugs.
bios is to detect and register info b4 it go window, if mobo prom is not able to recongise gfx bios(info), it will have problem.
my anatyical is similar to e other forum thread, if is a bad card den shld just rma it.

i read that already but no working solution for this problem and he decided to return the shop in the end

i really think it a card issue but need cfm as same windows on same mobo still can detect my previous card 570 , and as for the unknown device , maybe is a just bluetooth device . i believe the card is not fully damage but just cannot be use for gaming anymore

sorry i just miss tis piece of info, look like a conflct somewhere.

ur pc can reconisge 570 but not 760 simply bcos ur mobo can't talk to ur 760. so is ur 570 working? any problem?

i pull out the 760 and put in the spoil 570 into the same mobo ,and same windows , just want proof that it not window or software problem , the 570 is full of artifact but still can load windows but not game , the window can recongise the 760 in the begining but not after the crash

ur 570 under warrenty? ynot tink to ask them check. ! can b a software or hardware gfx issue, but to solve tis , shld try means and ways to first solve the conflict of other device first. can e other devices be taken out or disable in bios?

Bios issue is often relate to mobo update fixes which i dun really closely follow. it could be ur mobo just cnt recongnise ur gfx or some hardware failure on ur gfx, in order to noe dat y u nid to test e gfx card 1st.

if my window still can detect the 570 , meaning likw you say some hardware failure on the 760 , i repeat again , it becos the 570 spoil with full of artifact on it , so i go and buy the 760 and install it on my com , windows can detect it , play and enjoy 30 min of gaming , then the next next , i play a diff game and crash , after that window cannot detect the card and i cannot install any driver also , 570 warranty just over not long ago ,oh i forgot to mention my windows is uptodate , so update windows is out of the question

nothing wrong wif a card just suddenly die(go bad) after 30minutes , technically speaking.it not really must rma cos if not gfx rma will get back same problem, but u must test e gfx to see is e problem or other problem, so best is still test and cfm by service center 1st.

yes , i will call the sc and ask first ,best is replacement at the shop cos sc is too far from my place , one last question , must the shop retailer inspect the card first b4 selling to customer , i ask cos i saw a fingerprint inside the tape from the plastic bag when i first open the box , i didn't mind it cos my previous card is also open b4 and was told that card need to be open for inspection only , i accept it and it prove no problem after that , but this time

hi , i call sc and tell them the problem and they didn't say anything , just ask me to come and get a replacement ,so i think it probability a card issue

Since u nvr go thru amazon, tis is e kind of service u pay for.
I went there(if u refer to CDL) b4 ard 10yrs ago if not wrong.
Hope everytin go well wif u, and threads end here, cheers.

Just one thing that comes to my mind. TS said he tried to reinstall the driver he used for his 570 on his 760. I'm not too sure myself but the 570 driver package might not contain the drivers for the 760.

Can give this driver (for Windows 7 64 bit) a try before heading down to CDL I guess:
