you can use DDR2-800. depending on your mobo. but normally 800 shld be safe.

i remember there is a 533 and a 667.
is there a 800 for ddr 2?

sorry i wiki it.. there is 800..
but if i mix the current rams with 533 can they still run?
i know they they will down clock to the lowest speed. but can they still run?

its not recommended to mix the rams. it may not work well with it and you will suffer in performance too.
