Need help with a gaming desktop

So I was planning to build my own gaming desktop and was looking for some advice.
My budget is $800

Intel processor i5 3470
1TB HDD
Radeon 7850
2x 4g RAM
500 watt FSP PSU 80+
-in progress-

Main question
1) is my PSU enough? Or should I get something better?
2) is the above setup achievable with a $800 budget?

Other question-
1) I would love it to consume as little power as possible as electricity bill is high^^ so do those parts take alot of power to ran?
4) I am not planning to overclock my system so do I need to put in an extra cooler system? if yes i am think of thinking 500 watt isnt enug^^
5) Any alternative to what i have chosen that might be better? or around the same with cheaper price?

500w is enough. u can go up to 7950.

doesnt use high power on idle

default hsf sufficient

for brand new parts those are good for the budget

A i5-3350p performs similar to a i5-3470..it's only without a igpu which u dun need since u have include a gfx into system

U can consider top up a little and change the psu to Seasonic m12ii 520w which is modular and gives ur build a cleaner look

First what do u mean by Seasonic m12ii 520w which is modular? Does that mean Fsp raider 550w is not changeable if fixed?

BTW my understanding of OC is at a bare minimum gather from a very brief search on google and wiki. What i manage to understand is OC = more performance less stablity.( more heat too)
So i wanna ask if the OC label mean the model is OC-ed permanently?
Are there any major implication that i must take note of?

Psu comes in 3 different types

Non modular - all cables are attached and could not be removed. Very messy if you do not have a good case to hide all the unnecessary cable

Semi modular - only a few important cables are fixed. Cables like 20+4pin, 12v 8 pin and lastly 2x pcie power in 1 cable.

Fully modular - totally no cables attached. Only attach what you need.

Oc means overclocked. Basically for gpu, coy like gigabyte, asus and msi or any other brands usually will redesign the cooler from the original reference card. And by doing that they usually tweak the chip to be clocked slightly higher than the reference card speed. But claiming that they have better cooler to cool the chip the slightly overclocked card will work well with stability even though it has been overclocked out of the box. The tradeoff is there basically.

It could depends on the shop whom might wanna so call push that model for clearing stocks.

Another reason could be that particular model cooler is slightly different.

Could be also same chip. Different clocked speed.

Well tradepac is more for people whom wanna build it themselves. If you know how to build it then yes it is a good place to go provided you know what you are doing.

It isnt that difficult to assemble one though. With so many guides on youtube im sure an average joe can get it assemble also.

Alternatively you can get tradepac to assemble for you. But stay there and monitor what they do.

Assembly fee of $10. I dun think they can price match tradepac since TP does things differently, in a bad way which allows them to sell at a lower price.

If you bought 1-2 things on ur own, maybe can negotiate to help fix in... if u bought almost everything urself and want them to help fix into a case which you bought only fron them, den it is a bit hard for them to do so.. But, with youtube, installing parts are very easy.

Last heard 2 weeks ago $15. If you buy most of the items from them then can fix there. They wont price match like tradepac. They can get close to. but never really price match.

Lol, cant really sae pct is ex.. Their stuff are sold at rrp, except for bundles.. It is just that TP can afford to undercut the rrp and still make money.

They are like that one. And their prices take damn long to update.

The other time 1st week when asus gtx780 take a plunge. In front of me he "whispered" to another staff to sell me at old srp pricing. I was like omg. And why i can hear? Cause apparently his whisper was loud enough lol. They want to really see all the other shops selling price and slowly adjust.
