Need help with an issue with P20 Pro

Sorry bros,

Any one knows what went wrong with my P20 Pro? It was working well for many months and suddenly today, an irritating notification kept popping out after every few minutes.

No matter whether I pressed cancel or ok, it still comes back after some time.

I had turned off Bluetooth and WiFi scanning but it doesn't help at all.

Hi Bro, I'm facing same issue. Can't seem to find solution to it. I've emailed Huawei see what their response is. Hopefully any bros out there know how to solve this

Maybe u can try to remember what are the latest apps installed. I would troubleshoot by uninstalling the latest, one at a time to test.

I used ip4 and ip5 at first.
Change to android - samsung and for the first time felt apple really is a crap.
Jump to xiaomi, LG and HTC, still felt samsung better and
Last 2 yrs with mate 9 until now.
Now will aim huawei phone only, until they chut pattern.

I reset network settings. On day 2 so far so good. Hopefully resolved.

This prompt only comes on when you turn on wifi scanning. So something might be toggling your gps on and off.

Try disabling Wi-Fi+.

But never had this issue before even with WiFi+ on.. Only recently it happened like this.

Turning off wifi+ did help But still wondering why only recently the pop up appears. Ive had wifi+ on since I got the phone and never had the pop up.
Maybe Huawei change some parameters in recent updates.

I also faced that problem too. If not wrong u can try turn on WiFi+ back again.

Forgotten what I did that the message no more prompt.

Faced this issue after upgrading P20Pro to 152. Do not know if issue is with firmware or apps being upgraded.

For now, have to off WIFI+ and keep WIFI on.

hmm. surprisingly I'm having this problem on my M5 tablet but not on my P20 Pro. Updated to latest firmware.

Yup... I think is a bug... Hopefully there is an update to. Fix this.. Just always need to turn the WiFi... But so far didn't encounter it consump a lot battery..

Turned off wifi+. Worked for me
