Need help with building a HTPC.

Need recommedations building up a HTPC to connect to tv.
Budget $350
My usage: surf net, youtube, watch PPS, watch videos, download torrents, play videos from external hd and internal hd.

What I already have: 4GB RAM, ASUS GEFORCE GT 610, windows 7 OS
What else do I need?

MB - ???
Casing - ???
CPU - ???
HD - 1TB
Any other stuff - ???
Remote control - ???



I would like to just buy all the parts from same store and ask the shop staff at simlim square to build it.

if u need to use graphic card, one of the smallest cases is in-win bm series such as bm639.

but actually gt610 is a very entry card, it is not much faster (if faster) than ivy bridge-class celeron or pentium. if u want something sure faster than gt610, top up abt $110 n go for the new haswell-class pentium. eg. pentium g3320 + asus h87i itx. see tradepac's pricelist. by using only igpu, u will hv option to choose a much smaller case like antec isk110.
