Need help with Custom PC reboot problem

My PC have been having problems lately. It reboots constantly on start-up. It gets to my MSI bios screen then reboots again.

I have no idea what is causing it. My main suspect is the RAM cards. But im not entirely sure.

Im hoping to find someone in the West side who can lend me a pair of RAM cards to confirm the problem. So i can purchase new ones.

Please advice.

if you happen to have 2 rams, try out one of it on every slot. unlikely will have 2 rams fail at the same time.

on a side note, where do you stay?

Do u have a thumbdrive inserted in ur PC before u turn on?

At the same time, u can remove the CMOS battery for a few seonds and put back in. See if it helps.

had the same problem before too and after swopping PSU, graphics card, RAM test etc., turn out that my CMOS battery is at fault and after replacing new one is now ok. So instead of taking out CMOS button battery and putting it back, just put in a new one which costs a few $ only.

Okay guys, so apparently my PC is OK now. I change the CMOS battery to a new one. And i changed slots for my RAM cards. So its either the RAM slots faulty or the CMOS battery died. But PC runs normally now. Except when i on OC Genius, BSOD appears and WHEA error appears. Thanks guys so much for helping.
