Need help with customize pc build

Looking to build a high end desktop, my budget is 3.2k. Any recommendation? Is i9 9th gen or 10th gen better?

a good starting point would be an i9-10900k with a rtx 2080 super.

Ty. If all these price is from dynacore? If I want to add in another 16gb ram?

Is the PC only for gaming? Do you currently have a working PC? If so I would hold off a few months to see what AMD and NVidia come up with. Your budged should allow you to incorporate their latest goodies into your build

Would be good to see if AMD manage to take the gaming crown from Intel. As for GPU there is supposedly a good uplift in the upcoming 3000 series NVidia.

The 10900k will cook with that cooler.
Get an AIO at least for a 10900k. That CPU runs hot as hell.

The rest seems in order.

if you're overclocking then you should go with 360 aio. If stock then you can get away with 280 or 240. Can consider NZXT or corsair both are ok
