need help with deciding on a decent PSU

Hi, this is my first time building my pc and I roughly decided on which parts I want, however I need to decide on a PSU which is decent for my build because I do not want any unfortunate events which will fry my pc at worst. Any decent PSU with good pricing recommendations would be much appreciated thanks!

Mobo + CPU: Asus tuf gaming B550m Plus wifi
GPU: Sapphire Pulse 6600XT
SSD: XPG SX8200 Pro 500gb
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 3600mhz 8gbx2

Entry level PSU - Seasonic S12III 650 watt - $99 (*Non modular, 80 Plus Bronze)
Better Grade PSU - Seasonic Focus GX 650 - $$175 (Modular, 80 Plus Gold)

Give your specs either these two are decent especiallly the graphic card you are buying doesn't
consume much power.

good that u know that psu is equally important as the other parts and skimping on it could be a bad choice. with 6600xt, u could get away with a decent 450w-550w psu or provision for future upgradeability with a more powerful psu, but as techidiot mentioned it does depend on budget. i have 3 recommendations, all prices from tradepac:
cheap, sufficient and safe: cooler master mwe v2 (non-modular, 3 yr warranty, 80+ white), 450w costs $55
value option: super flower legion gx pro (semi modular, 5 yr warranty, 80+ gold), 650w costs $105
no compromise: seasonic focus gx (fully modular, 10 yr warranty, 80+ gold), 650w costs $140
prices at tradepac can be pretty sketchy sometimes; i did manage to get the focus gx at the listed price at the start of the year, but whether that is the case now (or even have stock) is no guarantee.

i personally only trust seasonic and super flower, but if there are other units that u are interested in, u could check out psu tier lists for their ratings. there are a few such lists out there; the one i rely on is here:

yes.. buy superflower or seasonic..

but since you are in SG superflower is easily accessible, no reason to buy other brand.

Get make sure to get the leadex series that has been proven for years.
