need help with disabled iphone!

hi all,

really need help cause my iphone is disabled but i didnt managed to backup my 1 month worth of europe photos.

I am quite devastated and feel really stupid but i need help to recover the photos..

Can someone please help me cause I tried Apple CS chat but they cannot do anything about it.

Hi. Can u clarify 'Disabled'?

Can you still turn it on?
Can the phone be detected via iTunes when you connect via USB?
Did you turn on iCloud to backup your data and photos?

Seems like if he didn't have any backup on iCloud or iTunes, all his photo gone-case liao....

Thanks Laucm. Wow, it's the first time I ever heard of this 'error'.

The article talked about putting the phone into recovery mode then restore.. This will erase everything on the phone.

TS Tunawitch, I feel your heart-pain.

Are you using a Mac? Perhaps you can connect your phone to the mac via USB, then go to Applications folder on your mac and look for this application called 'Image Capture'. Open the app and see if it can detect your phone or not?

If it is able to detect your phone (look on the left panel under 'Device'), do hurriedly transfer all your photos over to your mac before you restore your phone.
