Hi all, planning to upgrade my current 7Yr old system.

What do yall think of this build below?

Any recommendation for motherboard?

Motherboard ASROCK Z370 PRO 4
Power Supply Seasonic S12II-520 * 87

Decided to change to this instead. What do you guys think?

get a higher watt psu?
ryzen shd be ok if u do more the just gaming.
if kabylake chip is cheaper why not get a i5-7600 with b series mobo and some savings here. imho a locked chip with z series board is a waste there.
dun get mini 1080. too little fan too much heat. can get msi 1080 gaming x from amazon prime singapore at slightly below sgd800 check it out.
do u really need the sound card? onboard sound is very good nowadays get soundblasterx katana and a decent headphone might be the way to go.

most importantly what monitor u want to game on?
1440p ultra? or 1080p ultra?

if u are intending to game and stream pubg ryzen shd be a better choice but im on 7700k i feel its good enough no frame drops.

1080p ultra will be ideal. I was looking online that the intel coffee lake i7 core really outperforms ryzen 1700. hmmm.
