Hi guys..im a new user of the Note 3.
I've downloaded the Line app but cant seem to find it under the homescreen..or even the All Apps screen. the only way I am able to locate it now is through the Google search on the top of my home screen if i choose to "search phone" for the app. Is there a way out? So that I can reposition the app in the homescreen? Thanks guys.

You can go to home first. From there press and hold the menu button. A search panel will appear and enter line in the search box. You should be able to find it.

But the search panel only allows me to find the app...
is there a way that i can reposition the app to the home screen from the search result?

Go to the drawer and press the menu button. Set your view to alphabet view will make it easier for you to find apps.

Open the Apps drawer from your homescreen, choose and locate the apps you want to put and press the icon and just drag and drop it to your homescreen.

I think the line App is inside one of the folders that Samsung created inside the TouchWiz launcher, Im not sure which folder is it, Im not using Touchwiz Launcher so I cannot guide you through.:(

Lets wait for a TouchWiz user that can help you, or change to another launcer (Apex, Nova, Go Launcher) ;)

check every folder inside the application drawer, once you found the line app then drag and drop it to your desktop. that's the only solution I know, make sure you have enough space to drag the icon in your desktop

You must be an iOS user previously.

First thing is to go click on the galaxy plus folder. Next expand the galaxy plus folder. Click on menu button (left of home button) and choose edit. Drag the line icon out of the galaxy plus folder to the all apps (actually called app drawer) screen. Click on save button on the top right corner. This move the line app from the folder to the app drawer so that u can find it easier next time.

To move the line app to the main screen, drag and hold the app icon and the home screen will appear. Drag n move to the side of the screen to move the app to different home screens (Android can have up to 7 home screens). Release it and it will be dropped to the home screen you wanted. This creates a shortcut of the app on your home screen so that you can access that app from your home screens.

Remember to change app drawer stuff, always need to click menu button, change it n save it.

A drag n drop will create a shortcut of that app on the home screen n do nothing to the app drawer.
