Need Help with Gaming Rig Set Up

I'd appreciate advice for a decent set up with the budget of 2.5K. If the budget allows me to have a new monitor that will be a bonus!

System mostly use for DOTA, CS, Watching Movies, Media Storage (HD vids & Photos), Occasional Photoshop, Dreamweaver & AutoCAD

I'am not a DIY person, hence would rather leave the assembly of system to the shop.
