16G RAM
GTX 1070 8G
The rest like the power and cooling units I'm not really sure.

With a budget of $2000, what parts should I get?

For codes, check lazada thread.
For credit card, depends on which bank you're using and what they offer individually. Not too sure which credit card offer the best.
