Need help with gaming rig

Hi guys, Black Friday is round the corner and I intend to build a gaming rig. Usage will be mainly for Dota 2 and CS:GO at 1080p

My budget is around 1.5k. Kindly recommend the best specs. Dont need monitor and OS and i dont intend to overclock.
