MB: MSI H110I PRO AC, cheap with wifi

CPU Pentium G4560 might be sufficient for your needs.

More importantly, what's your budget????

500 i5 possible. Only previous gen i5 preowned lor, but a graphics card to fit your uses then see your own luck at finding the right preowned deal.

CASE: Cooler Master Elite 110 ITX cube ($72)
MOBO+CPU: MSI H110i Pro AC + i5-7400 ($402)
RAM: Kingston Value ram ddr4 1x8gb ($85)
PSU: fsp hexa+ 450w ($58)
SSD: *reuse*
HDD: WD Blue 1tb ($72)
GPU: Zotac GTX 1050 2gb mini ($164.70 via lazada after 8% off using certain cc on certain days)

TOTAL: $853.70

Upgrade worth considering:
i5-7500 (additional $25)
Zotac GTX 1050 TI 4GB mini (additional $39.30) (from lazada as well after 8% off)

Prices quoted from PC theme or otherwise stated.

OS if needed might incur additional cost up to $30 depending where and which OS you get. Can check carousell/reddit or sites like g2a for cheap source of windows.

Sry to hijack. The msi H110 needs to be flashed right before can put kabylake? Wondering isit possible to ask e shop flash for ya

Rightfully, yes it needed to be flashed. Do ask the shop see if they can help you flash. No guarantee can or not though. Even if they do it, it's out of good will.

If cannot, then head down to the distro and they can do it for you.

However, there are some people who reported that theirs are not flashed and able to use kaby out of the box. Perhaps it's new batch and MSI flashed it, I can't be sure.

Alternatively:
1. look for a 270 chipset motherboard instead. This one confirm can put in Kaby Lake. However, a 270 chipset mobo will probably inflate ur budget by ~$100

2. Pay assembly fee get the shop to assemble for u. They assemble they must to the necessary flashing if required
