Need advice on the problems that have been haunting my cpu.

Here are the specs of my rig built 3 years ago:

MSI B85M G43 + i5-4460
Crucial 8gb 1600mhz Value Ram
WD Blue 1tb
Crucial MX100 256gb
Palit GTX760 2gb Jetstream OC
Superflower HX500 500w 80+ Gold Semi Modular PSU ~
Sharkoon BD28
Samsung DVD Drive
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit OEM

1.5year ago. my com refuse to start up and the fan keeps turning on & off. Brought back my CPU to the shop in sls, changed mobo and it was fixed.

For the past half a year+, my com will just hang randomly and I had to force shutdown and restart. On some days, the com work just fine.
Furthermore, I noticed that whenever I run fullscreen games, my com won't hang. I can't seem to find any posts online regarding this.

Last week, my com worked just fine without any issues.
However, when I switched on my com today, it refuse to bootup. The same issue of the fan turning on and off repeatedly occurs again. After like 5mins+, my com booted up and I will be able to use the com for awhile before it starts hanging. Which happened a hour after booting up. Then the vicious cycle of the on/off fan turning + booting up few mins later happen again.

In addition, my com bsod twice today. The error shows Bad_pool_header.
Right now, my com haven't crash for the past 2hours and I'm writing this.

I dunno what I should do. If I bring it to sls for repair, and my com just happen to work fine that day, will they be able to diagnose the problem?

I need some advice. Thanks ):

Windows Errors Troubles

Refusing to boot, is there any LED on your mobo that able to assist you in telling if any hardware having fault? Or perhaps you can try changing the PSU?

bad pool header.. sounds like ram or os corruption issue. try using one stick of ram and see how it goes.

Had similar problem too. Sometimes will work, sometimes wont.

Turns out that 1 of my ram stick got intermittent problem. Luckily i got dual channel ram.

If the power keeps turning on and off repeatedly, try remove component by component.
Start with
HDD
SSD
graphic card
Samsung DVD drive

If problem persist, you might want to get a ram for testing if you only have 1 stick.

If it boot all of the suddenly, double confirm by shutting down and turning on.

I am currently having the same problem for like 2-3 weeks. My 2 year old computer sometimes will boot sometimes won't. The case fan is working fine when I turn on the power but the cpu fan doesn't spin when it doesn't boot. I kept getting BSOD as well, and computer might hang after 5 minutes or auto shutdown if it managed to boot successfully.

Took it down to a neighbourhood repair shop to have a look and the person believed it's the PSU. I guess I'm going to get a new PSU to try out.
