Need help with partial upgrade

I have been using my current pc setup for almost 5-6 years. The only upgrade I have done recently is gpu to 1060 3gb last year. Summary of my setup is:

i7 3770 with a Budget mATX mobo
Palit 1060 3gb
8gb DDR3 ram
550 PSU which is more than 5 years old
120gb ssd and 500gb hdd which is more than 5 years old as well

I was planning a partial upgrade; to change everything except my processor+mobo+ram and also my 1060.

My daily usage is light, but would like to go for a 144hz monitor to play Dota 2.

Was thinking perhaps I can buy other parts(casing, ssd, hdd, psu) in lazada today. Bros here can give recommendation of the items as listed above? Thanks!

Sorry missed this out.

Would prefer a case which won’t build up dust easily as I won’t be placing it on the desk. Also, I would like to retain my dvd rom reader/writer as well. SSD at least 240gb and HDD 1TB

As for Budget wise, keep it low but won’t compromise the performance can liao.
