Keio Plaza is in a convenient location as opposed to Grand Pac Odaiba.

Keio Plaza = near Shinjuku station, allowing you to use the subway/Yamanote lines to get all over the place. For Odaiba you'll have to take the Yurikamome line to Shimbashi station and change to the Yamanote there, which is rather inconvenient.

Shinjuku/Ginza and Shibuya/Akihabara are pretty much on opposite sides of the Yamanote circle. Kinda waste of time taking the train to and fro. I would suggest:

day1 - w/e

day2 - Asakusa + Ueno

day3 - Disneysea

day4 - Shinjuku + Shibuya + Harajuku

day5 - Tokyo + Akiba

day6 - Odaiba

Actually if possible, spare one full day for a trip to Hakone or Kawaguchiko for Mt Fuji.

Akihabara can go in Day 2, together with Asakusa and Skytree.
Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya can together in a day.

Accomodation wise, Odaiba is quite out of the way if going out of the island.
Might want to consider staying in Shinjuku area or Asakusa area and maybe last few nights at Odaiba.

[keio would be a better choice due to location as mentioned by the others. not only is it a hassle to get from odaiba to the places u are visiting, it is also quite expensive compared to taking JR lines. anything along JR yamanote line will be a good choice for accom]

day 1 - arrival haneda and check out I guess close to 5pm take limo bus to odaiba another 30mins? check in and roam around odaiba.

[yup, u can put akiba with asakusa. u probably wun spend the whole day at asakusa area. ueno would be another alternative as it is near akiba and asakusa]

day 3 - disneysea
day 4 - shinjuku / ginza
[ginza is near tsukiji market, can go there for some sushi in the morning before going ginza. can go tokyo station too as it is near]

day 5 - shibya / akihabara
[u can put shinjuku and shibuya on the same day as they are near each other. or u can pair either on with harajuku. try not to have all 3 on the same day though coz it is going to be too rush]

day 6 - odaiba
day 7 - check out back sin

any comments appreciated, need to balance shopping and sightseeing, weightage shopping 70 / sightseeing 30.

many thanks

Yes, you should probably have some time to squeeze in Akihabara for this day. Try visiting the large yodobashi camera store opposite Akihabara station too.

day 3 - disneysea

day 4 - shinjuku / ginza
If you could, you should try scheduling a visit to Ginza on a weekend since the major roads of the shopping streets along Ginza would be closed to cars from afternoon to early evenings of weekends.

day 5 - shibya / akihabara
Try Harajuku first, then Shibuya.

day 6 - odaiba
day 7 - check out back sin

Which dates will you be going? You might be able to catch autumn foliage though.
Here are a list of autumn foliage viewing spots in Tokyo:

Try Showa Kinen Koen perhaps?
