Need Help with Tripod issues

My tripod with head that can attached the camera is broken at the side when can turn to take portrait photos .
It looks similar as posted on the link below.

Any one have an idea whether any place can fix it or replace the head of the tripod?

I would suggest you get a new tripod..

From the linked picture, the tripod head doesn't look like it is removable, so it's likely not possible to get replaced.

You could try searching for that specific part of the tripod head that was broken, but I'm sure it will be difficult to find. A new tripod, and if you invest a "little" more, can save you the trouble.

Dont buy from Qoo10. Any recommended camera shop is better.
