Need help with upgrading desktop

Hi all, recently I realised my desktop been taking longer to turn on and the rig been about 4years plus alrdy. Hoping to upgrade it but unsure what might be decent now.

Currently using
Mobo- MSI B85-43g gaming
Processor- i5-4570
Ram- Avexir ram 2x4gb
GPU- Asus gtx1060
PSU- seasonic 550w gold
Storage- kingston ssd 120gb, Western Digital blue 1tb
Casing- corsair smth, idk what is it also

Hoping to change everything except for GPU and storage at a Budget of $800-$1200.
Anyone can recommend a build with nice casing?
Btw do I need to install windows again if I change mobo?
I forgot how I installed mine in the first place...
