Need help with weird PC issue

Hi all, I have this weird PC issue that has been troubling me for quite sometime and recently, the occurrence has became more often.

Basically, while surfing the net, after a period of time, somtimes 5mins, sometimes a few hours, a page will fail to load. Subsequently, none of the page will load, even google. After that, no applications on my windows can be executed, even notepad. Ctrl alt del doesnt work and restart doesnt work. I have to press the soft reboot button on the CPU. I am using windows 7.

Anyone here has any idea what might have caused this issue? Thanks in advance

How old is your system? I think it has reached the retirement age already.

can u show a details specs of your pc? could be old hardware acting up or software dmg.
