Need help!

I just changed my motherboard and graphic card. When i start up my cpu, it can load until safe mode. If i click start my computer normally, it will have the moment of blue screen the restart again.

Think it is trying to load your previous old hardware drivers that is why blue screen. Try install a fresh windows should be able to start windows smoothly thereafter.
