If you weren't in the middle of a game when it powers off. then it's probably not CPU overheating.

If you were in the middle of the game, and you alt+tab out to read the temp, then the temp is 100% inaccurate.

What you can do is set warning on CPU temp eg. set to 70 and see if the alarm goes off when gaming, then do incremental to 75/80 etc.

Beyond 75/80 means you either have a very lousy cooler, or something's not right with it.

Look at the cooler fan when it's spinning, if the spinning looks uneven, means the fan speed is no good or fan is failing.

Now you say this, could be gpu instead. Try remove the gpu, use on board graphic and load something light like Dota 2 or league of legend and do a bot match to try and see. If it doesn't crash and reboot, means it's your gpu lor.

Did you oc your GPU? What's the temp of your GPU while gaming? Does your system reboot only playing a specific game or any other games? Does your GPU updated to the latest BIOS and nvdia drivers? And lastly your motherboard on the latest BIOS version?

Alamak bro.. Wait arh.., so far I manage to try only on rainbow six, other game I try offline is sniper elite. I try bout 3 min then I off. I suspect ntg wrong then I switch to rainbow six then reboot liao

About updating my Gpu im not sure about that.

Gpu range about 45-55° somewhere there

GPU temp 45-55 degree is perfectly fine.
It could be a software or drivers issue if only that particular game causes your system to reboot. Try it out with more different games and sees if the system still reboots..

But im wary coz the reboot only occurs when im playing game.. Any chance Gpu might be the one?

nvidia drivers are pretty good at recovering nowadays if its an overclocking issue. my guess is that playing demanding games loads both your gpu and cpu at the same time, causing the faulty psu to be unable to supply the required power

I'm pretty sure he didn't oc his GPU as he mentioned earlier the GPU temp stays only @ 45-55°. Demanding game loads when CPU temp is 53° with GPU temp 45-55° doesn't sound logical either... Well, let's just hope that it is a driver or software setting issue.

When you are playing game, your load on the PSU is highest

Small chance it's GPU, I still think PSU

Well.. Most probably will be the PSU or ram problem if that's the case.
Nevertheless you could also try these methods to see if it works:
1). Change your PSU power cable.
2). Make sure the power socket your PSU connected to is only meant for the PC and monitor. (Not sharing other power plugs on the socket with other electronic equipments).
3). Use a different power socket.
4). Remove the reset button connector from the motherboard. (Faulty reset cable can cause problem).
5). Update latest GPU Bios and Nvidia drivers.
6). Update latest motherboard BIOS and/or reset motherboard BIOS to default.

Your psu could be faulty, perhaps, you can try sending to service centre for RMA and testing.

Does your PC have IGPU? Which is an Intel CPU. Maybe u can try testing your PC with iGPU and see if u have the same issues.

Your i5-7500 processor comes built-in with onboard integrated graphics. Some motherboard can auto detect to choose between IGP (Integrated Graphic Processor which is the onboard integrated graphics) or external GPU (which is your GTX 1060) while others have to choose from the motherboard BIOS setting to enable or disable it.
To use your onboard integrated graphic, remove your external GPU (GTX 1060) and plug in the HDMI/DP/DVI cable from your monitor to your motherboard back plate HDMI/DP/DVI output port accordingly.
If your PC work fine and doesn't reboot when you use your integrated graphics that means either something wrong with your GTX 1060 or the PSU as it can't provide enough power to it.
The best thing to do in my opinion is to RMA your PSU and see if you could get a 1 to 1 exchange since it is still so new plus you do not have any extra peripherals to troubleshoot and the most probable culprit seems to be the PSU.

So what I did was update Nvidia drivers . Took out reset pins as mention above. Replug my ram. Switching out PSU plug. Now running for 1 hour with few rounds of gaming. Temperature seems ok . Highest @ 55° playing pubg.

But that time when I try to connect my HDMI directly to my motherboard. It shows no signal.
