Need help

I just build my first diy pc and flund out there is a led light on the dram led... So i tried to take out 1 ddr4 ram and it works... Both ram i tried placing at 1 slot works... it only dont work when i tried to do dual channel... anyway i cn fix dis???

if within the week u call the shop to see if they can test. then bring the motherboard to the shop

I boughg it on the 7th feb from tradepac... Not sure if i cn get a 1-1 echange from dem... will try to check on monday but not feeling hopeful that dey will help... sigh... currently my 2 x 4gb ram is installed in slot a1 and a2

If ram has distro sticker, go to distro.
If not, go back to place of purchase. ha ha ha

What mobo
Some mobos is 2nd and 4th slot. Eg: MSI
If you put 1 and 3 slot, it will flash big red error...

The motherboard manual recommend use slot A2/B2 for dual channel.

Made a check and confirm its from avertek... will have to go down n see how... do i need to bring anything else other then da motherboard???

check your box for distro stickers, cos it could be from avertek as well.

Yes that is correct but my dimm slot b1 & b2 is faulty, everytime i put the ram in b2, my cou wun boot up and dram led will continuosly lit up

Well best to carry your whole PC for them to diagnose with the parts u have. If you can't den maybe I should at least wrap the board with statics bag and put it inside a box where it's at least could protect the components.
