I'm going on a solo low budget trip to Tokyo in Sep.
But since I've already been to Tokyo so many times, so I need suggestions on places where I can go to visit (places that are not listed in japan-guide.com).
Are there any interesting neighbourhoods that are kind of like Kichijoji, Shibamata, Jiyugaoka?
I'm already planning to visit Kagaruzaka and Shimo Kitazawa on this upcoming trip.
And are there any interesting/lesser known farm/zoos (with close interaction with the animals) that are in the region of Tokyo/Kanagawa that's not too difficult to get to? Other than *******arm in Chiba.
Is there any notable festival/matsuri/events during this period (mid to end Sep) in Kanto region?
Thanks.
