i involve in accident in year 2007. suffered broken wrist, down pes to c9L9, was informed by doctor that im unfit for operational duties and eventually kick out from the force. now, do u guys think i can up my pes to at least B? anyone has same situation as mine?

You can always try, but whether successful or not is another matter.

What is the reason you want to up PES?

Are you a REG cause NSF will never be able to 'kick out from the force' just because you down PES to C9L9?

Is not a matter of whether u want, is a matter of whether they will let you

our opinion of whether you can up PES doesn't affect what the MO thinks.

If we say cannot, you wouldn't go try?

Just ask for medical board review & see can up PES & try to join back prison. If cannot, then just down PES again to avoid IPPT & further injuries.

C9l9 need to take IPPT?

After he up PES back to A or B, he is required to take IPPT. If he fail to join back prison with PES A or B, then just down PES again to avoid IPPT & further injuries.
