Need pc expertise help

Hi,

I recently just got a cooler master hyper 212 evo from one of my friend and I have no idea how to fix it onto my cpu without damaging delicate parts? Can anyone provide a service to help me install it for a small fee?

And also clean out my gpu and reapply thermal paste. (I would really like to learn this as well so I can do it for future gpu)
